Buenos Aires, December 22 (NA) – Magui Bravi was interviewed by Pablo Montagna on #PasaMontagna (Sundays from 1 to 3 PM on Radio Rivadavia AM 630) where she talked about her current life as an actress, moving away from her sexy dancer image.
According to what Argentine News Agency was able to confirm, Magui said: "The dancer had all the fun, now I'm an actress".
With a new look and super short hair, the artist expressed that she is not yet used to her new image, although she is happy with the change: "I still haven't fully gotten used to the short hair".
"I am very happy to be able to act, I feel that this is what I want to do for my whole life," she expressed about this new role in her career, which came along with motherhood.
"My son found me at a time that was never ideal because I always had projects and prioritized them, so I think he arrived at the right time and I was mature enough to give him priority and take care of him. I felt a lot of guilt that my son started kindergarten and went to summer camp, but it's the only way to keep working," she stated.
"Having done photoshoots in the past forces you to deconstruct that image for people to take you seriously later on."
"The 'Bailando' era gave me everything, it was the cherry on top of my stage as a dancer that started when I was four years old. I danced as much as I wanted and I dared to make a big change. Today I am happy: acting is what I want to do for my whole life. I didn't quite find myself in that format. I don't miss dancing, I fulfilled my stage," Bravi detailed.
"The labels are difficult to shed, but it turned out well."
